Lens Policy

Our high-quality lenses are custom-crafted to your exact prescription and measurements, ensuring exceptional accuracy and visual clarity. Due to the personalized nature of these lenses, they are non-refundable once ordered.

However, if your prescription changes (as confirmed by your eye doctor) or a different lens type is recommended for improved vision, we will remake your lenses at no additional charge within 90 days of your original order.

Frame Warranty & Adjustment Policy

Each of our unique frames comes with a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Need adjustments? We’re here to help. All adjustments are complimentary for the first two years. After that, a minimal fee may apply for on-site services. Please reach out to us by phone or email to schedule your adjustment.
